Acceptance of terms

By accessing EDUChain Trust you accept these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Acceptable use

The platform is intended for the legitimate issuance, verification, and audit of academic credentials. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for authorised institutional purposes.
• Not misrepresent credentials, identities, or institutional affiliations.
• Not attempt to circumvent security controls, rate limits, or audit logging.

Credential records

Issuing institutions remain the authoritative source of academic credentials. EDUChain Trust provides the anchoring, verification, and audit infrastructure but does not validate the underlying academic merit of any credential.

Limitation of liability

EDUChain Trust is provided "as available". We work to maintain high availability and integrity guarantees, but our liability is limited to the scope set out in your institution's service agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when laws, integrations, or platform capabilities change. Material updates will be notified to institutional administrators through the platform.
